NEW CUSTOMERS ARE encouraged to schedule a visit prior to booking AND WILL BE REQUIRED TO complete AN INTAKE FORM AND provide CURRENT VACCINE RECORD FOR RABIES, 6-month BORDETELLA, and DISTEMPER at least two weeks prior to boarding, and a negative fecal within the last year.
