Til Mar Kennels ("we," "us") operates tilmarkennels.com and provides dog boarding services. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect. When you submit a reservation request or board with us, we collect your name, phone number, email, mailing address, and details about your pet(s) and requested stay. We collect this through our online request form and in person at intake.
How we use it. We use your information to schedule and manage your boarding reservations, contact you about your bookings, and provide care for your pet.
Text messaging. If you opt in, we send you text messages about your reservation, such as booking confirmations and updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP or contacting us. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text-messaging opt-in information with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Sharing. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example, our scheduling system and our text-message provider — and only as needed to provide our services, or where required by law.
Data retention and security. We keep your information as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, and we take reasonable measures to protect it.
Your choices. You may opt out of text messages at any time (reply STOP), and you may contact us to update or request deletion of your information.
